So we sat down with Karo, AARYAH team member and 2026 bride-to-be, to talk through how she's approaching her wedding jewelry, piece by piece. Her answers ended up shaping something bigger: Our first-ever wedding jewelry collection, featuring some of our signature colored diamonds and inspired by real brides like her, and dropping later this month.

Tell us about your upcoming wedding: when is it, where is it, and spill about your fiancé.

Karo: My wedding is on the coast of Ecuador, where I'm originally from, so the vibe is very tropical. It gets incredibly hot back home. The ceremony will take place at sunset on a beautiful golf course.

Greg and I have been together for four years. We got married in New York in 2024, and now we're finally celebrating with our big wedding in Ecuador, surrounded by family and friends.

What jewelry have you been on the lookout for, or have you already found your day-of pieces?

Karo: Earrings, for sure. I want something blue. And a bracelet, though that one's still TBD.

What matters most to you in day-of jewelry: how it photographs, how it feels wearing it all day, sentimental value, something else?

Karo: How it feels wearing it all day. I always lean toward comfortable jewelry. My dress is very simple and I'm wearing a neck scarf for the reception, so I want earrings that really stand out.

Now that you work here, has seeing how AARYAH designs pieces changed what you look for or notice in jewelry generally?

Karo: Yes! I absolutely love colored diamonds now. Before AARYAH, I was all about colorless diamonds. Seeing so many different and unique diamonds here, my jewelry preferences have completely changed.

What would you tell a friend who's overwhelmed trying to pick wedding jewelry?

Karo: Relax. Planning a wedding is already overwhelming enough. Stay true to your personal style instead of choosing something just because it's trendy.
